Pacific Huts & Castles specializes in design/build services. We will work with you to design and build the home of your dreams. We work with several architects and designers depending on the style that you are looking for. We also offer interior design services in-house. We have a Kitchen & Bath Showroom in Bellevue where you can look at various cabinetry options, countertops, tile, hardwood and carpets. You don't have to run around looking for interior finishes, just stop by our showroom.

Remodeling
We offer full remodeling services. From a small powder room remodel to a whole-house renovation, we pride ourselves in getting the job done right the first time. We have extensive experience in remodeling and redesign of existing homes. We offer full design services for your remodel, as well as obtaining all necessary permits and inspections. You don't need to go to anyone else when you are working with Pacific Huts & Castles. We also offer full 3D kitchen, bathroom and various cabinetry designs and renderings. Stop by our showroom and see what we can do for you! We will work with you based on your budget and style to design something you can be proud of.

Custom Homes
Whether you are currently working with an architect or have a design of your own, Pacific Huts & Castles will build the quality home you are looking for. We are commited to the highest quality workmanship and products. We believe that a custom home should be an expression of yourself. We will work with you to include all the personal touches that are important to you in your home without sacrificing design and quality. You can be as involved or un-involved with the project as you would like. Time is important to everyone and we get the job done on time.

We offer custom home construction services in two packages.

With our Stipulated Sum package:
You will know your final price before beginning construction
All materials will be chosen prior to beginning construction
We pride ourselves in getting the job done on budget
All management, material & labor is included

With our Cost-Plus package:
The project will be billed at a cost plus 15% contractor's fee
All company personnel will be billed at hourly rates
Customer will receive copies of all subcontractor and supplier invoices
There is no garanteed final price on a cost-plus construction project
